- Description
A ship portrait of the 'Invercargill' at sea in full sail. The hull is painted grey above and red below. The funnel has a bend in it. Several men are standing on various parts of the deck. The 'Invercargill' was the second refrigerated ship to take frozen meat to Europe from New Zealand, and was the sister ship to the 'Dunedin'.
