Deposit your publication
Use our online form to deposit your physical or digital publication. The National Library collects New Zealand's documentary heritage. Depositing your publication with us ensures your work will be preserved for future generations.
Change to legal deposit process
We have a new interactive form that steps you through the deposit process for both physical and digital material.
The new online form and digital deposit tool will work for most content and where it is not suitable we have provided alternatives, for example, for large file uploads or if you have multiple publications to deposit.
As you complete the form, we let you know what needs to be deposited and how to deposit your publication.
