About Te Puna Subscriber Services

Te Puna Subscriber Services provides member libraries with access to a suite of tools:

  • Te Puna Search for easy access to the National Union Catalogue and WorldCat to search for items published in New Zealand and overseas
  • Te Puna Interloan for access to a vast range of items held nationally and internationally
  • Te Puna Cataloguing for access to cataloguing information on items held nationally and internationally
  • Te Puna Records for the best possible access to accurate records for use in library catalogues.

Te Puna Support

The National Library's Te Puna Support staff provide training and support to subscribers. This includes regular visits and training sessions around the country, user manuals, email discussion lists and a helpdesk service.

Te Puna charges

The annual fee, invoiced quarterly in advance, allows subscribing libraries unlimited access to the above services.

Governance

Te Puna Strategic Advisory Committee (TPSAC) advises the National Librarian on the strategic direction of Te Puna Subscriber Services.
