About Te Puna Subscriber Services
Te Puna Subscriber Services is a suite of subscription-based tools that give New Zealand libraries the best possible access to items and information about items published in New Zealand and worldwide.
Te Puna Search
Te Puna Search is a web-based search tool giving access to national and international databases. It is one of the tools provided to Te Puna Subscriber Services members by the National Library.
Te Puna Cataloguing
Te Puna Cataloguing offers a range of cataloguing tools to Te Puna Subscriber Services member libraries: Te Puna WebCat, Te Puna Cataloguing Client, and three tools supplied through the National Library's partnering agreement with OCLC.
Te Puna Records
Bibliographic and holdings records are shared between member libraries, the NZ National Union Catalogue (NUC) and WorldCat. Files of recent updates to the NUC, including MARC records, are available from here.
Te Puna News
Te Puna Subscriber Services provides two email discussion lists for regular announcements, and an e-newsletter for more in-depth updates and news.
Te Puna Interloan
Te Puna Interloan is a web-based interloan management system for the request and supply of resources between libraries.
Te Puna Libraries' Forum 2011
The National Library hosted a two-day forum on 31 March and 1 April 2011 in Wellington for librarians who use the Te Puna services.
