The following Te Puna Cataloguing reports are available:
- Library Title List (weekly, monthly)
- New Holdings Report (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Monographs List (supplied on request)
- Periodicals List (supplied on request)
- Sole Holder List (supplied on request)
The New Holdings report consists of the full bibliographic (MARC) records downloaded from Te Puna to which users have added holdings. The New Titles report lists titles users have put holdings against on Te Puna, within a specified period.

Ask for a report to be set up
Contact Te Puna Support to request reports to be set up for you. You will be supplied with a Reports user ID and password.
Retrieving New Holdings reports from the Reports website
- Log in to the Reports website with your user ID and password
- Click on Download
- Click on the required instance. You will be taken to the Download page, where your reports are listed
- Choose 'Save this file to disk' to save the file on your own system
- Download the file into your own database.
Retrieving New Titles reports from the Reports website
- Log in to the Reports website with your user ID and password
- Click on either 'View latest instance' or 'History' (to get a list of all the instances that have run)
- Click on the required report to display it
- To download or print a report, click the 'Export this report' icon.
Get reports via email
You can get all the reports, except the New Holdings Report via email. Contact Te Puna Support to request a report.
