Our preservation training includes workshops, seminars, symposiums and conferences.
Recent workshop topics have included:
- planning a new whare taonga (cultural centre)
- monitoring the environment in archives and libraries
- introduction to digital preservation
- display and storage materials for museums.
Workshops and events
26 November 2009: Care of Audio-visual Collections Course. A full-day intermediate level course is for people who work in museums, libraries, archives, businesses, community and Māori and iwi groups who want to learn more about the care and management of audio-visual collections.
