Te Puna Interloan Basic Course (4 hours)

This course is designed for those who are new to Te Puna Interloan and those who wish to work through the basics. It includes considerable hands on practice. The course concentrates on searching for items, and creating and managing requests. The course includes an introduction to DocStore, the Work Queue and reports.

Prerequisite: familiarity with web browsers and Microsoft Windows.

Cost: $200 plus GST per person

Te Puna Interloan Advanced Course (2.75 hours)

This course is designed for those who already use Te Puna Interloan. Topics covered include: refining your search strategies; more on creating requests; appropriate actions (e.g. when you can't supply immediately); effective use of features such as DocStore and the Work Queue; and interloan reports. This course has an emphasis on best practice. The course also includes discussion and sharing of experiences between trainees, and also some online practice.

Prerequisite: experience using Te Puna Interloan

Cost: $90 plus GST per person
