| Abstract | In 2008 the National Library of New Zealand commissioned a high level review of its music services. The review sought to explore the Library's current music services situation, and develop a high level model for the future of these services focusing on New Zealand and the Pacific. This document is referred to as the Maven Music Services Review. Recently the Library released a consultation document which focused specifically on the music component of the General Collections of the National Library and the services based on those collections. That document references the Maven Music Review. For this reason, the Maven Review has also been released as a background document to assist with the consultation process. The views and suggestions set out in the Maven Music Services Review represent those of the reviewer, and are not necessarily those of the National Library. |
