While the National Library building is closed for redevelopment, onsite access to selected collections can be found at two central Wellington locations: our new reading room at 77 Thorndon Quay, and Archives New Zealand, 10 Mulgrave Street.

School Service Centres opening hours
Auckland
The Auckland Services to Schools Centre has now moved to 8 Stanley Street, Parnell.
The opening hours are 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Palmerston North
8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Late night during term time: Thursday 8.30am – 6pm.
Christchurch
8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
