Mobility access to the National Library building
All areas of the National Library building are accessible for people in wheelchairs. Lifts are on the lower ground floor (from the Aitken Street entrance) and the ground floor (from Molesworth Street).
Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available on the lower ground and ground floors.
A wheelchair is available for use at the ground floor Visitor Centre.
Carparks are available for people with disabilities – please call us before your visit to book a space.
Guide dogs are welcome in the Library.
