People, Culture and Resources is made up of three business units: Finance, People Capability, and Property and Services.
Finance
The Finance team plans and manages the financial aspects of the Library’s activities, and provides strategic advice and accounting services.
People Capability
The People Capability team provides expert, quality advice and leadership on human resource management and people capability issues, within a workplace culture of learning and innovation.
Property and Services
The Property and Services team ensures that the Library’s collections are safely housed, and that Library staff and visitors have comfortable, safe and efficient working conditions.
