Can you help us with our customer research?

The National Library is surveying existing customers and researchers to provide information to help continue with the transformation of the National Library, which began in 2007.  The survey will give us a clear understanding of the needs of all of our users and researchers. Research company Colmar Brunton is conducting this survey for us.

What will be asked?

The questionnaire includes a range of questions specifically about your use of the National Library and also some general questions about how you like to search for information and how you like information presented. You may not have used all of our services, but your experiences about the ones you have and your knowledge and opinions of the ones you haven't are important to us.

How will the answers to the survey be used?

Everything you say is confidential.  Colmar Brunton will not give your name, address or other information identifying you to the Library. In the reports from the survey, the information you give will be grouped together with the responses from other people to ensure that individuals cannot be identified.

The survey should take you around 15-20 minutes to complete. We would very much appreciate it if you could take the time to help us with our research
