Delays to Te Puna reports
Update 3pm 28 July: The email backlog has now been processed and delivered. If you have not received reports or another material you expected from the Library, please contact us on tepuna@natlib.govt.nz or 0508 837 862.
Update 1pm 28 July: We are now able to send and receive external email. The backlog of delayed emails is being processed.
The National Library is currently experiencing delays with incoming and
outgoing messages to external email addresses. The problem started on
Saturday 25 July and we hoped to have it fixed by midday Tuesday 28
July.
Libraries expecting Te Puna reports via email are advised that delivery of these reports has been delayed. We do not expect to lose any emails, but it may take some time for our servers to clear the backlog.
