| Information | This course is designed for those who already use Te Puna Interloan. Topics covered include: refining your search strategies; more on creating requests; appropriate actions (e.g. when you can't supply immediately); effective use of features such as DocStore and the Work Queue; and interloan reports. This course has an emphasis on best practice. The course includes demonstration by the trainer; discussion and sharing of experience between trainees; and also some online practice.
