| Information | A half day course designed for those who are new to Te Puna Interloan and those who wish to work through the basics. The course includes considerable hands on practice. The course concentrates on searching for items, and creating and managing requests. The course includes an introduction to DocStore, the Work Queue and reports. Prerequisite: familiarity with web browsers and Microsoft Windows. The course also covers the DocStore function. |
