The Briefing to the Incoming Minister (BIM), the Hon Nathan Guy, Minister Responsible for the National Library, highlights the initiatives and projects that the Library is involved in to achieve its outcomes.

It summarises the National Library’s New Generation Strategy which provides a roadmap for how the Library will deliver future services and achieve its statutory purpose of 'enriching the cultural and economic life of New Zealand and its interchanges with other nations'.
