- Interloan
- Abbreviation of interlibrary loan. Libraries lend or copy items and send them to other libraries so users can borrow them (sometimes this service is charged for).
- Interoperability
- Ability of two or more systems to interact (or 'interoperate') in a meaningful way.
- Iwi
- Māori word for a set of people bound together by descent from a common ancestor or ancestors. Literally: bone. Modern meaning: tribe.
